The Levi's Baby Boys Stay Loose Taper Jeans in Blue are a relaxed-fit denim jean for baby boys from 6 months to 36 months. The Stay Loose Taper is a Levi's silhouette that's roomy through the seat and thigh — giving plenty of space for nappies and movement — with a tapered leg that keeps the overall look neat rather than baggy. Made in Bulgaria at £30 across all sizes, these are well-priced designer baby jeans that look like proper denim rather than a soft-play approximation of it.
The blue colourway is a clean mid-wash that works with most baby tops and outfits, and the Levi's branding gives them a recognisable, put-together feel. Part of the Denim collection and AW2026 season, these are a casual everyday jean for babies who are being dressed rather than dressed up.
Practical Buying Advice
The Stay Loose Taper cut is specifically well-suited to babies and young toddlers because the extra room in the seat accommodates nappies without the jeans looking stretched or uncomfortable. Levi's baby sizing is generally true to age, but if your baby is on the chunkier side or between sizes, going up gives more room without the leg becoming too long. The tapered cut means the jeans don't drag on the floor even with a little extra length. Denim on babies can feel stiff initially — a wash before first wear will soften the fabric and make them more comfortable from the start.
