The
Lacoste Baby Tech Fleece Tracksuit in Navy is a unisex two-piece baby tracksuit set — matching top and bottoms — made from 100% polyester tech fleece in Vietnam, available from 6 to 24 months. Part of the AW2026 Lacoste Kids Loungewear collection, this is a designer baby tracksuit built around the specific practical requirements of the 6 to 24 month stage: lightweight enough not to add bulk under a pramsuit, warm enough to function as a mid-layer on cold days, easy enough to wash frequently, and practical enough to allow nappy changes without undressing the baby entirely.
Tech fleece is a smooth-faced, lightweight polyester fabric — distinct from the pile-surface sherpa or brushed cotton fleece found in other baby garments. Its flat face makes it significantly easier to layer under outerwear than a textured fleece, because it slides rather than catches against jacket linings. The navy colourway is unisex, holds its appearance through the high wash frequency that baby clothing requires, and coordinates naturally with the full range of base layers and outerwear a baby is likely to wear across the AW season.
Buying Advice
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar dark colours to maintain the navy tone. Avoid fabric softener — it coats polyester fibres and reduces the fabric's ability to trap warm air over time, which is the primary mechanism by which tech fleece insulates. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. For sizing across such a rapid growth period, consider how old the baby will be mid-season: a tracksuit bought at the start of autumn for a 9-month-old may fit well at purchase but be too short in the body and arm by January. Where possible, buy to fit at the midpoint of the season rather than at purchase.
