Created by the Dutch and popularised by the British navy, the peacoat is a classic versatile jacket which has now transitioned to become a mainstay in modern men's fashion. Crafted out of our genuine cow hide leather this jacket has a durable quality to it which made it's predecessors an appealing choice to sailors in the 1900s. This double-breasted piece features a four-button closing and wide notch lapels which add a bold quality and contribute to the eye-catching aesthetic of this coat. Button fastened waist and cuffs add to the comfort of this by increasing adjustability, with added practicality provided by hand warmers at the waist and angled pockets mid-way up the jacket. Crafted from genuine cow hide leather Two hand warmers and four total pockets can be found on the interior and exterior Double breasted with wide notch lapels as is typical of peacoats Features button fastenings at the waist and cuffs
