Our spirituality can be shaken when we discover that we are supposed to fear God. That is until we understand what fearing Him really means. There are lots of books written on the topic of fear in general. In this book, I attempt to look at fear from a Biblical perspective in which we either Fear God or Fear Man (people and their ways). Fearing something or someone typically evokes negative emotions of some inevitable disaster. We are afraid we are going to get hurt. When we love God, the last thing we want is to think is that He is going to hurt us. Yet, we often do think this way. We are judging God based on the horrible things we’ve experienced in life and from the world. We are judging Him based on our own insecurities, unbelief, and lack of faith. Read more
