Its innovative design includes a locking device that surrounds the shaft, offering a comfortable place to slide the umbrella mechanism open. A wide button allows for easy and painless release of the shoot. The silver interior of this deep umbrella is designed to produce specular highlights, bringing out sharp details in your subjects. It provides focused indirect lighting and soft shadow definition, perfect for achieving maximum light output and creating spectacular contrasts. Constructed with attention to detail, this umbrella features a resilient fabric and a sturdy fiberglass frame, setting the standard for portable light control. It's more than just an umbrella it's a large to giant-sized parabolic reflector, designed to bounce light off its entire surface at different angles. When the light leaves the umbrella, all rays are parallel, resulting in more efficient light power. The Glow EZ Lock 51" Black/Silver Deep Umbrella comes with a durable fabric pouch for transport and storage, ensuring it remains protected and ready for use. Unlike traditional plastic umbrella casings, this fabric pouch won't harden or crack over time. In comparison to Glow soft boxes, which simulate window light, sky light, and north light, this umbrella offers a more compact and quicker setup. The shape of the catch lights in a portrait subject's eyes and the size of the modifier in relation to the size of the subject are key factors in choosing light modifiers. The larger and closer the light is to the subject, the softer the results will be in the transition of the highlight into the shadow.
