Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for oily skin.
To remove eye makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing.
To cleanse skin and remove face makeup: Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is completely clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
