It may be cold outside but your spirit will be lifted by the creamy texture, inviting aroma, and rich taste of traditional Biscuits & Gravy. We replicated this classic Southern dish by incorporating plenty of seasoned pork sausage, along with our buttery homemade biscuits that have just the right amount of crunch topped off with a hearty, creamy sausage gravy. FOUNDATION Outdoors Biscuits & Sausage Gravy Freeze Dried Meal is a great start to any journey. Enjoy this classic at the crack of dawn or at the end of a long outing. Either way, you will have the satisfaction and nutrition you need to keep you going. FOUNDATION Outdoors freeze dried meals taste superior to all other brands because we use superior ingredients, and we hand cook all of our ingredients TOGETHER in small batch kettles. This process makes for an extra flavorful meal because all the ingredients are simmered at low heat allowing the flavors to cohesively integrate. These fully integrated ingredients are then freeze dried TOGETHER. The process of cooking and freeze drying all our ingredients together also allows our meals rehydrate quickly and evenly with a uniform texture and flavor profile.
