Named for the iconic park and volcano centered in Portland, Oregon, the Foida Mt Tabor Down Parka is the meaning of value. This parka is tailored in a factory that historically produced for "big" manufacturers, yet avoids the incredible markups that traditionally accompany that "branded" name. We will quote Bob Dylan, as we like to do here in Portland, and say that this long length parka will, "give you shelter from the storm." No corners were cut with the 700+ fill down, down-proof fabric, and stretch bound cuff cold weather piece. Down-proof fabric Zippered chest and hand pockets Stretch binding at cuff Internal draw cords at collar and hem
