The Ranger Jr is designed for young skiers who are learning the basics and starting to explore more of the mountain. It’s ideal for kids progressing from cautious turns on green runs to more confident skiing on blues, with a flex pattern tuned specifically for lighter, developing riders. The On-Piste Rocker shortens the effective edge for easier turn initiation, while the balanced construction keeps things stable on firmer snow. Air Power construction reduces overall weight, making it easier for young skiers to control and less tiring over a full day. Fiber Tech reinforcement promotes smooth, even flex for predictable turns. The extruded base offers durability and simple maintenance, and the included Tyrolia Jrs GW binding on the Junior Rail System makes setup straightforward and secure. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve set up a lot of young skiers on the Ranger Jr, and it’s one of the easiest skis for them to click with. It feels light, turns without much effort, and stays predictable on groomers. When they venture into softer snow along the trail edges, the rocker helps them pivot without catching an edge. It’s a great platform for building skills while keeping things fun and manageable."
