HOW TO USE IT
Use the applicator to apply onto the eyes for the desired effect. Pro-Tip: Select Tom Ford Eye Quads shades can be worn both wet or dry. Just look for the TF logo imprinted on the powder formula to see if the quad can be applied wet for a bold effect or dry for a soft and sheer finish.
