- Step 2: Use Pure Color Melt-On Glosstick Lip Gloss alone, with liner or over lipstick for a reflective, high-beam gleam. This stick clicks to dispense; no twisting necessary. First time: Keep clicking to prime the tip. Every time: The product clicks up, but won't retract down, so make every click count. Buildable shine: Add more swipes to add more mirror shine.
