HOW TO USE IT
The Tisane: Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. The Bath: Add 1/4 cup directly for at least 30 minutes into a quart of boiling water. Let cool. For use in shallow or soaking baths.
