The Taxman 580G Polarized Sunglasses use Costa's 580 glass lens to do more than block glare. The lens absorbs high-energy blue light and filters out harsh yellow tones, so reds, greens, and blues come through sharper instead of washed out by reflected sun. That glass construction runs 20% thinner and 22% lighter than typical polarized glass, so the extra clarity doesn't come with extra weight on our face. A bold, wide-fitting frame carries that lens without feeling like an afterthought. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I was on open water at midday, the kind of glare that usually flattens everything to white, and the color still came through instead of washing out. That's the difference glass lenses make over standard polarized."
