HOW TO USE:
With a clean fingertip, lightly smooth cream over the entire upper eyelid. Dot on below the eye, then gently blend outward toward the hairline.
Dark Circles: Gently press the indentation under the inner corner of the eye with your fingertips, then slowly glide your fingertips around the eyes. Repeat three times. Finally, press the temples lightly.
