The Childsplay Girls Denim Pleated Skort in Blue is a denim skort for girls aged 3 to 14. A skort combines a skirt outer layer with built-in shorts underneath — giving the look of a skirt with the practical coverage of shorts, which makes it a genuinely useful piece for active girls who want to wear skirts without worrying about movement, cartwheels, or windy days.
The pleated design adds structure and a more considered aesthetic than a flat-front or A-line skirt — it sits between casual and smart, which makes it versatile enough for school (where applicable), weekend outings, and social occasions. The blue denim colourway is the standard wash — mid-blue rather than a fashion dark wash or bleached tone — which means it coordinates naturally with white, navy, grey, cream, and stripe tops without requiring effort.
100% cotton denim is breathable and comfortable for all-day wear, and washes and wears well over repeated use. Non-seasonal in the Childsplay range, the skort works across spring, summer, and warmer autumn days as a standalone piece, or layered over tights or leggings in cooler weather.
As a Childsplay own-label piece, this is designed and produced to Childsplay Clothing’s specification — combining accessible design with a practical brief for girls who want a wardrobe staple that works across multiple contexts.

Turn inside out before washing to preserve the denim colour and reduce surface fading
