HOW TO USE IT:
- Shake the bottle well before each use to combine the two phases into one solution.
- Moisten a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyelids and lashes to dissolve makeup. If needed, press and hold over closed eyes for a few seconds.
- Use another cotton pad for lips and the rest of the face.
