What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve never found a jacket that manages temperature as well as the Alpha 150. The innovative two-layer system lets me vent wind without losing insulation, which is perfect for those long, cold rides. The articulated collar and raw-edge cuffs feel great whether I’m pushing up a climb or tucking down a descent."We’re always chasing the perfect ride, even when the temps drop and the wind picks up. That’s why the Castelli Alpha 150 Jacket is one of our go-to pieces for cool and cold-weather rides. Crafted with Castelli’s innovative dual-layer construction, the Alpha separates the insulating layer from the windproof shell. This allows us to adjust the outer layer for breathability and control, keeping us comfortable no matter how hard we’re working. From the articulated collar that adapts to every riding position, to the raw-edge cuffs that slip seamlessly under gloves, the Alpha Jacket is designed to disappear into our ride, leaving us free to focus on the miles ahead. With Castelli’s Windstopper® 150 fabric providing stretch and protection, and a perfect fit that adapts to a variety of body types, this jacket helps us embrace the chill and ride further.
