Provides up to 8h of hydration. Soft, buildable color lasts up to 6h. Can be used as a balm or lipstick primer.
INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS:

HOW TO USE:
Apply to the lower lip. Rub the lips together. Apply to the upper lip for uniform coverage. Accessorize with the mini lip case, bangle, charms, and tassels (sold separately).
