HOW TO USE:
Use on dry hair only. Brush through approximately 2" sections from scalp to ends, 2-3 times. For lift and volume, place perfecter underneath section at the root, overdirect, and hold for 10-15 seconds.
For soft curls, hold the perfecter vertically, glide down 1" and rotate away from face 180°, holding for 5 seconds with each turn.
