What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "When I’m chasing pow lines in the backcountry, the Freebird Bib is my go-to. The 3-layer GORE-TEX keeps me bone dry on storm days, and the relaxed fit plus stretch panels make skinning and dropping in feel totally unrestricted. I especially love the Crossflow venting—it dumps heat fast without letting snow sneak in. It’s the bib I trust from dawn patrol to last chair." When the storm’s raging and the snow’s stacking deep, the Burton Freebird GORE-TEX 3L Bib Pant keeps us out longer and riding harder. Built with a durable, recycled polyester shell backed by GORE-TEX’s proven 3-layer membrane, it seals out moisture while maintaining incredible breathability through long bootpacks and steep ascents.Every design detail speaks to all-day comfort and performance—fully sealed seams reinforce waterproof protection, while articulated construction and stretch panels give us complete mobility for skinning, spinning, or slashing turns through tight trees. Large Crossflow vents keep airflow steady during uphill pushes, and the high bib cut keeps powder from sneaking into layers. Finished with a RECCO reflector and secure zippered pockets, the Freebird Bib is purpose-built for riders who live for storm days and untouched lines.
