Brooks' innovative GuideRails support technology is top-of-the-line when it comes to delivering holistic, non-obtrusive support for overpronation. These GuideRails help prevent excess movement and overpronation as you move, all while avoiding the stiff, heavy, and bulky feel associated with some support technology.
Like its predecessor, the Adrenaline GTS 26 uses DNA Loft v3 in the midsole for a cushioned, dynamic ride. However, the foam has been re-engineered to deliver more softness in every step.
The upper also saw some major updates designed to increase comfort and breathability. The air mesh is soft and light, with some targeted structure for a supportive, locked-down fit. A new flexible, flat-knit tongue improves comfort even more, reducing pressure and hot spots around the top of the foot. Finally, a high-coverage rubber outsole ensures there's plenty of durability to carry you through all your daily mileage.
