Reviewers often mention a comfortable, roomy forefoot and secure heel, while some longtime Ghost wearers note this version can feel a bit longer than earlier models, so runners between sizes may prefer a half size down. Best ForDaily training runs, walking, and long hours on your feet when you want plush cushioning with reliable support. Cushioning & Road FeelRunners describe the ride as soft, smooth, and well balanced, with enough cushioning to stay comfortable on pavement and other hard surfaces without feeling unstable. The underfoot feel leans plush, yet many still note a stable, easy rhythm that works well for everyday mileage. Break-In & DurabilityMost reviewers say the Ghost 18 feels comfortable right out of the box, with little to no break-in needed. For regular running and walking, the shoe is widely praised as a dependable daily option, and runners logging heavier mileage may want to monitor tread wear over time.
