When it comes to superior lens protection, the 72mm X4 UV Filter with MRC16 and nanotec Coating Layers stands unrivaled. This filter, often hailed as the world's sharpest protection filter, delivers an unmatched optical resolution, making it an essential tool for professional outdoor photographers. The X4 UV Filter is crafted with SCHOTT Ultrawhite B270 optical glass, a high-quality material manufactured in Germany. This glass, combined with Breakthrough Photography's state-of-the-art multi-resistant coating (MRC16), enhances light transmission up to 99.4%. This coating not only improves image clarity but also creates a protective layer that's structurally harder than the glass itself, ensuring your filter's longevity. The X4 UV Filter also boasts Breakthrough Photography's innovative nanotec Nano Coating layer. This advanced coating repels dirt, water, and other elements, causing them to bead rather than absorb. This feature makes the filter easier and faster to clean, saving you valuable time in the field. The design of the X4 UV Filter is a testament to Breakthrough Photography's commitment to innovation. The filter is thinner and lighter, yet more functional and durable. The full traction texture around the entire circumference of the X4 ensures a secure fit, reducing the risk of the filter falling off during use.The X4 UV Filter is machined from brass, a material stronger and more reliable than aluminum. This choice of material reduces binding and jamming on lenses and with other filters or step-up rings, providing a solid and dependable feel. The X4 UV Filter features an ultra-slim double-threaded 3.2mm Traction Frame. This design eliminates vignetting and light falloff on full-frame wide-angle setups, while still being compatible with all your lens caps. The double-threaded traction frame of the X4 UV Filter is designed to accept all of your filters and existing lens caps, making it a versatile addition to your photography equipment..
