This is a defining two-strap sandal, here crafted from oiled leather with a waxed surface that deepens into a distinctive patina as it is worn. Two individually adjustable straps with metal pin buckles let the fit be tuned across the instep and forefoot. The anatomically contoured cork-latex footbed is suede-lined and shaped with a deep heel cup, longitudinal and transverse arch support, and a toe grip, so support becomes more personalized the longer it is worn. A lightweight EVA outsole adds cushioning and flexibility without weighing the sandal down. Natural variation between pairs is inherent to the oiled leather.
