- This pen is designed for precise, controlled dispensing. To use, twist the base slowly until product appears. Initial use requires additional twists as product flows into the brush.

Eyes: Apply under the eye to counteract darkness, inner corners to open the eye and under the arch of the brow to lift the eye.
