Overcome the challenges of shooting in bright light conditions with the B+W 46mm Master 803M ND 0.9 3-Stop MRC Nano Neutral Density Filter. This high-quality, durable filter is designed to reduce light intake by three f-stops, making it an essential tool for photographers and videographers who need to control aperture and depth of field in intensely lit environments.Crafted from finely ground and polished special glass, this filter ensures optimal optical quality without negatively impacting the performance of your high-end lens. Its effectiveness is further enhanced by innovative thin-film technology, which not only provides the pure neutral density filter effect but also includes a multi-layer anti-reflective component. With seven layers of coating on each side of the filter, annoying reflections are minimized, resulting in clearer, more vibrant images. This versatile filter is also ideal for creating artistic effects such as the distinct flow of water or a wipe effect in your photos. The light attenuation is uniform across the entire visible range, ensuring color-neutral image results that stay true to your creative vision. The B+W 46mm Master 803M ND 0.9 3-Stop MRC Nano Neutral Density Filter also features a final outer layer with dirt- and water-repellent properties. This reliable protective layer not only shields the filter but also simplifies cleaning and maintenance, extending the lifespan of your investment. Please note that while this filter is effective in reducing light intake for photography and videography, it is not suitable for direct visual solar observation due to the transmission of UV and IR rays, which can harm the eyes. For safe solar observation, please use specialized sun filters available from astronomy suppliers..
