Find the secret to capturing radiant white clouds against a deep blue sky or the vibrant colors of fall foliage with the 40.5mm Master High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC Nano Filter. This B+W polarizing filter, often considered a crucial tool for both analog and digital photography, enhances the natural purity of colors and boosts color saturation. The rotating filter mounts allow you to visibly control the polarization effect in real-time, either through the viewfinder or on your monitor display. Experience the unique ability of the B+W polarizer to reduce reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass, and glossy paint. This feature allows objects and people hidden behind reflective surfaces, like shop windows or car windshields, to become visible again, offering a fascinating image enhancement without the need for post-processing.The B+W polarizing filters are circular polarizers, compatible with nearly all modern cameras that use beam splitters in the light path for TTL exposure metering or autofocus. This compatibility ensures that exposure errors are avoided. The filter's High Transmission Circular (HTC) multiplier factor is between 2 to 3, equivalent to 1 to 1.5 f-stops, outperforming other polarizers that stop at approximately 3 stops. In landscape photography, the maximum polarization effect is achieved when shooting at a 90-degree angle to the sun. To maintain an even effect in the picture and counteract uneven skylight polarization, it is recommended that your focal length should not be less than 28 mm in 35 mm format. In an ideal situation, with a properly oriented polarizer, reflections can be completely suppressed. This ideal situation refers to when the lighting and shooting angles align with the angle of maximum polarization, typically between 30 to 40 degrees. Experience the difference with the 40.5mm Master High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC Nano Filter and elevate your photography to new heights..
