What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I always recommend the Hawx Prime 85 BOA to newer skiers looking for comfort without compromising fit. The BOA system locks in my foot without pressure points, and the softer flex is perfect for cruising blues and working up to more technical terrain. It molds well to my foot with the Memory Fit process, making it feel like a custom boot right out of the box." We want our boots to work with us—not against us—as we explore more of the mountain. That’s why we love the Atomic Hawx Prime 85 BOA Ski Boot. Built for progressing skiers, this mid-volume boot blends forgiving flex with precise control, making each run more enjoyable than the last. The BOA® Fit System helps us fine-tune the lower shell with just a dial twist, locking in a secure fit while staying comfortable all day.Designed with Atomic’s next-gen Prolite shell, the Hawx Prime 85 BOA balances lightweight feel with strategic support, so we don’t feel weighed down while skiing more challenging terrain. The 3D Bronze liner cradles our ankles and heels, and when paired with the customizable Memory Fit system, offers a personalized, heat-molded fit. With GripWalk soles for traction and an optional AFS cuff spoiler for extra calf space, this boot is ready to adapt as we grow in skill and confidence.
