Gift Experiences are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Experience vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
Gift Experience vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, used as a deposit on a credit agreement or used as payment on a Harvey Nichols charge card.
Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings are subject to availability and the Harvey Nichols experience cancellation policy (customers may be charged a fee for cancellations on less than 1 weeks’ notice or if they fail to show up, which may be up to the full value of the voucher).
Wine tasting experiences are available for guests aged 18 or over only.
All wine tasting Gift Experiences are subject to availability and dates are set at the discretion of selected Harvey Nichols stores.

Any additional extra items, not included in the Gift Experience, will be charged separately on the day of your Gift Experience visit to store and a discretionary service charge will be added to your dining bill. Service charge varies by store location.
