HOW TO USE IT
Use the included sponge and brush applicators to apply Couture Mini Clutch at home or on the go. Apply the lightest matte or satin shade as a base all over the eyelid with the sponge (applicator #1) and then blend with the brush (applicator #2) Add the deepest color above the upper lash line and the outer corner, then blend to the center of the lid for added depth. Apply the metallic shade or shimmer topcoat in the center of the eyelid or the inner corner with the finger or the sponge applicator to add a sparkling effect.
