The Vans Comfycush Era, donning black-and-white checkerboard print on its upper, is a retooled design of the Era model that features an advanced co-molded cushioning system. Vans took its timeless low-top design to the clouds as it outfitted the sole with mixture of foam and rubber for a well-cushioned ride. The upper features black suede on the toe and heel with the checkerboard pattern covering the mid-panel, eyelets, and padded foam ankle collar. Capping the look of the reimagined heritage design is a white rubber midsole with a gum waffle bottom housing the ComfyCush unit.
