HOW TO USE:
Begin by using a spoolie to brush out brows
Use a brush to sweep Back2Brow Powder on, from the beginning of the brow at the corner of the eye, upward to the arch, then down through the tail
Go back in with a spoolie to soften and further shape
Back2Brow Powder can be applied with a wet brush for more color payoff
