HOW TO USE:
Use the wand to apply Matte Liquid Lipstick in long, left to right motions starting at the bottom center of the lip
Next, apply to your upper lip by starting at the cupid's bow moving towards the outer corner of the lip. Complete one side first, then the other.
Allow about 30 seconds to dry
Use with your favorite REALHER Lip Liner and Lip Gloss
