WHAT IT DOES
With its matte finish, this lipstick adds bold color to lips.
HOW TO USE IT
Use tip of bullet to define the Cupid’s bow, starting at the center of the lips, then moving out. Use flat surface of bullet to fill bottom lip. Note: Twist the bullet slightly to dispense the right amount of product for one application. After each use, close cap tightly.
