Applying the primer gel to your skin will ensure your device delivers maximum microcurrent conductivity. Hold and press the power button for about 3 seconds. The device will turn on. EMS/RF mode will turn on. You can adjust the intensity levels using the +/- button. Select the light source of your choice by pressing the Power button.
