HOW TO USE IT:
- To optimize your volume, use the inside curve to load the ultra-black mascara formula and volumize lashes root to tip.
- Use the outside curve to define lashes.
- Layer mascara as desired for a more dramatic lash look.
- For up to 21 times the volume, prep lashes with Cils Booster XL Mascara Primer (sold separately).
