WHAT IT IS
Quickliner™ for Lips Lip Liner helps keep lipstick in place. It prevents lipstick from feathering and bleeding. Use it to line and define lips or smooth all over lips before lipstick application for extended wear. No sharpening is required. 0.3 g. Made in Germany.
HOW TO USE IT
Swivel up lip liner only 1/8" (lip pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Follow "the dot-dot-dash" method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on the upper lip's bow, a dash across bottom of the lower lip, then connect all three. To extend lip color wear, fill in the lips with liner, then follow with lipstick. Recap securely to protect the formula.
