HOW TO USE:
Apply one coat of Hardwear Matte UV Topcoat over your favorite butter LONDON Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-matte finish. Let dry. For best results, pair with Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat (not included) prior to nail lacquer.
