1. Powering on the device:
A) Quick press the power button to power on the device. The device will power on with low vibration mode running.
B) Quick press the power button a second time to power off the device.
2. Vibration red light therapy modes:
A) Quick press power button to power on device.
B) Quick press vibration button 1x to set the vibration to high.
C) Quick press vibration button 2x to power on the red light and set the vibration to low.
D) Quick press vibration button 3x to power on the red light and set the vibration to high.
E) Quick press vibration button 4x to power off the red light and vibration mode.
3. Warm/Cool modes:
A) Quick press power button to power on device.
B) Quick press the C button to set the device to cool setting. The LED will light solid blue indicating the cool feature is active.
C) Quick press the H button to set the device to warm setting. The LED will be solid red indicating the warm feature is active.
D) To power off the warm and cool settings, quick press the power button 2 times.
4. Charging the Unit:
Charge unit using USB-C port and included charging cable as shown in image. Charge using any 5V USB power source. During charging, the LED light will pulse green to indicate charging. Once the LED turns solid green, this indicates that the device is fully charged.
Note: If the white LED is blinking while powering on, it's time to recharge the device. The device will not run when power is low.
