HOW TO USE:
Detail: Shake Brow Pen before use; starting at highest point of brow, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas; use light pressure and work toward end of brow, applying in direction of hair growth; next, apply hair-like strokes through front of brow
Finish: Swirl Brow Freeze into a spoolie brush and remove excess; on clean brows, brush a small amount through brow using spoolie brush to tame hairs; lay brow hairs down flat for a laminated effect; keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use
